Deliveries to England & Wales.

Within the M25

Next day delivery is standard (for orders made before 12:00)

Delivery is free for orders of £100 incl. VAT and higher (after discounts)

Orders less than the above minimum spend require incurring London City Bond’s (LCB Tilbury) delivery surcharge of £15.00 incl. VAT (at cost) for orders within the M25.

Outside the M25

Standard Delivery of 1-3 working days

Delivery is free for orders of £200 inc VAT and higher (after discounts)

Orders less than the minimum spend (for free delivery) require incurring London City Bond’s (LCB Tilbury) delivery charge at cost incl. VAT. Pricing varies based on postcode band rates.

There is no minimum order quantity for delivery

Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Separate quotes can be given for deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Times

PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE CURRENT LOCKDOWN CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, DELIVERY DAYS MAY BE LATER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DAY.

Deadline for orders to be processed that day: 12:00pm (GMT)

Orders placed before 12.30pm (GMT) on a Friday will be delivered the following week.

For orders to within the M25 we endeavour to deliver the Next Working Day.

For orders outside of the M25 delivery date will vary dependent on Postcode.

Next Day delivery excludes weekends – please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

Delivery made by our courier require a 3 hour time window for delivery 

If there will be no-one at home, work or other nominated delivery location to accept the delivery, your order will be left as per your provide instruction. Please use the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field at checkout to do this.

All orders must be received physically and signed for at point of confirmed delivery day schedule. If re-delivery has to be rescheduled due to failure to physically received and sign over for your order a re-delivery surcharge will be applied (at cost), with the separate payment required in advance before the re-delivery can be made.

All wine shall be at the buyer’s risk from the point of delivery to the buyer. Upon receipt, you must examine the wine delivered and must sign to confirm receipt on the delivery note provided. Shortages, damages or errors must be noted on the proof of delivery note along with notifying adVINture immediately at the time of delivery (up to 24 hours) to enable us to support your claim. Please note the later you leave it the less likely a resolve with 3rd party logistics support. You must also retain such wine and packaging, making it available for inspection and collection by adVINture. Please note that claims made outside of these terms and conditions cannot be guaranteed, as insurance may not cover.

Missing wine or cases damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately of receipt of advice of dispatch. If you are expecting a delivery and have not received it within 3 working days, please notify us.

In the event that you are given incorrect order, we can arrange collection and re-delivery of wine for which there will be a no charge.

International Orders.

Please note deliveries can only be accepted for the destinations within the UK.
