About the wine
100% Godello sourced from 3 hectares of 50 year old vines in Valtuille de Abajo and Cacabelos, grown on a mix of red clay, sand and slate. Grapes manually harvested. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts at 12°C for 21 days. Aged on the lees then rested in bottle for a minimum of 2 months prior to release.
