Description
50% Garnacha Tinto, 25% Cariñena, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah sourced from 2 parcels in La Morera de Montsant, (Mas de l´Abella and Santes Gates) on slate and chalky/clay soils. Traditional vinification with fermentation controlled at a maximum temperature of 28°C for 18-21 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in botas (600l) prior to ageing in oak barrels for 12 months (French, US, Central European oak). Final ageing in bottle prior to release.
