About the wine
Valdeorras Viñaredo Godello - 100% Godello sourced from a selection of vineyards located at 400-600m altitude. Average age of vines 25-30 years. Manual harvest into small crates of 20 kilo capacity. Pre-fermentation cold soak for 10 hours. Pneumatic pressing. Controlled low temperature (15°C) fermentation in stainless steel.
