Description
100% Albariño sourced from vineyards exclusively in the Salnés Valley with an average age of 25 years. Gentle pneumatic pressing is followed by a 24 hour settling of the must prior to a controlled temperature fermentation with natural yeast. Ageing for 8-9 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
Tasting note
In the case of Ría de Arosa, it is a white wine , bright, attractive with a golden intensity of medium intensity, presenting very intense primary aromas typical of the Albariña grape . The palate is medium bodied with good acidity, fresh, good fruit expression , tasty and with an elegant and persistent finish.
