Clay-limestone soil. Sustainable methods. The soils are worked and tilled mechanically. Manual with selective sorting in the vineyards. 12 months in oak barrels (between 20 and 25% new oak) and 3 to 6 months in vats.
This is a robust and opulent wine. It is rich and concentrated with notes of spice, candied citrus, stone fruits, toasted almonds and a floral touch. A precise, well-structured, savory and very delicate wine.
