About the wine
Old vines (65 years of age) grown on clay soils on south-facing hillsides, as well as and scrubland red clay. Harvested exclusively by hand, to allow sorting in the vineyard and another trie at the entrance to the cellar. Only the finest fruit is selected. 25 to 30 days cuvaison. Separate vinification for each grape variety. Pigeage. Blending prior to bottling.
Quintessence of Grenache. Cuvée powerful, highly concentrated, smooth tannins, and a nose of red fruits.
