About the wine
Vines grown on terraces of scrubland, limestone and clay soils covered with pebbles. Harvested exclusively by hand, to allow sorting in the vineyard and another trie at the entrance to the cellar. 100% destemmed. Maceration: 15 to 18 days with temperature control. Gentle pneumatic press. Blending prior to bottling.
Garnet color with good intensity, red fruits nose. On the palate, good length, and tannic.
