Once fermentation is complete, the drop and press wines are kept separately and blended in whole or in part, according to the aromatic and gustatory expressions of the vintage.Aged in oak barrels until bottled.Bonding with egg white.
Pretty red color, with brilliant reflections. Beautiful aromatic intensity with fruity (cherry) and toasted notes. Fruity, supple and elegant on the palate, with notes of red fruit. Full, fresh and round on the palate, with a nice balance ... A nice illustration of the grape variety.
