Description
Clay and limestone soil. Aging 5% in new oak barrels, the rest in barrels from one or two vintages.
Tasting note
Pale yellow with hints of green. Slightly spicy white flower. Hints of pink grapefruit on the nose. Clean, concentrated and delicate on the palate. Good energy and a fine minerality. Well-balanced. A wine for all occasions.
