About the wine
Steep slope. Poor and rocky soil because of the erosion. This plot (characteristic giving its name to this terroir) wasn't damaged by the Phylloxera at the 19th century: its vines were used to create grafted vine in Cote de Beaune. Blend of 30 and 40 year-old vines.
Fresh and mineral with chalky tannins. The period of sunshine helps all the components reach perfect maturity.
