About the wine
Strict control of the vineyard. Picked by hand in 15 kg crates. Immediate transport to the winery where the grapes are introduced into a refrigerated chamber at 50C. Individual clusters selected using a vibrating inspection table. Destemmed followed by cold maceration for one hour prior to pressing in a pneumatic press. Settles naturally and then racked. Temperature controlled fermentation and then rests on fine lees for 3 months. Stabilizes in stainless steel until ready for bottling in April 2020.
Attractive, pale yellow colour with greenish tints and steely border. Clean and very bright. On the nose pleasantly floral (gardenia, orange blossom, camomile). Juicy fruit (Fuji apple, white plum, nectarine and orange peal). Fresh hay. On the palate an enveloping entry, fluid, leading to a pleasantly refreshing sensation. Sweet apple, floral notes,boxwood. Long finish. Intense and fragrant.
