About the wine
The top soil here is clay/ silex, with a subsoil of tuffeau. Fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in demi-muids, malolactic fermentation is not sought. Ageing on fine lees for 11 months.
Soft white wine with a limpid and brilliant robe. Aromatic nose which gradually reveals a delicate freshness. The mouth expresses fruity notes and a touch of acidity on the finish which combines a nice balance.
