About the wine
Here there is more silex with the clay/ chalk soil. Fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in demi-muids, malolactic fermentation is not sought. Ageing on fine lees for 9 months.
Dry and fruity white wine with a limpid and brilliant robe. Nose with pear notes which gradually reveals a delicate bouquet citrus. The palate is balanced between a nice freshness and a fleshy fruity. To be tasted now as an accompaniment to refined dishes or any simply as an aperitif.
