About the wine
Carefully sourced from 5 hectares of 30-year-old vines in the centre of Lalande de Pomerol. Gravel, sand and clay soils. Strict fruit sorting and 100% destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks for 3 weeks at 28-30°C. 18 months maturation in French oak barrels. Light fining prior to bottling.
