Description
Vineyards are located in Colle di Attila and Varizzet, around Farra di Soligo. The vineyards are cultivated/ trained in the classic Guyot system. Their soils are chalk/ clay. Grapes are destemmed and then pressed gently. The slow fermentation at 18°C lasts for 10-12 days. The wine is then decanted and retained in dedicated stainless steel tanks for the controlled low temperature stabilization. Bottling takes place the following Spring.
Tasting note
The colour is straw yellow with green hints. The bouquet is clear and intense with notes of apricot, green apple and wisteria. It is well balanced, tasty with the right level of acidity.
