About the wine
All grapes are hand-picked into 18kg cases. In the winery cold soak, spontaneus fermentation, post maceration on skins for 26 days. Aged 18 months in french oak barrels, 25% new and 75% neutral.
Deep ruby-violet color, showing a concentrated aroma of dark fruits and oral notes. In the palate, concentrated ripe fruit with rounded tannins ending with a persistent finish.
