About the wine
Sourced from 7 hectares of vines in Malleval and Chavanay. Soil is decomposed granite. Hand-harvested and sorted. Total destemming, cold pre-ferment soak for 4/5 days. Fermentation and malolactic fermentation in barrel. Maturation for 18 months in barrel, 15%-20% new.
Fruity, fleshy, elegant.
