  • Matt Wilkin is South Australia’s 1st Master Sommelier (one of 274 globally). He has has travelled the globe for over 30 years immersing himself in all facets of the industry; from humble beginnings in McLaren Vale before venturing further afield to the UK (1998) following a number of years working in hospitality & wineries throughout Australia & France.

  • Hailing from the Rhône Valley in France, Christian Honorez was no doubt destined for a career in quality wine. He started his career off as a chef, before the wine trade won him over and he never looked back. With more than 30 years’ experience in bringing quality wines to top restaurants and hotels across the UK, Christian has a long and consistent track record as a wine judge and well recognised for his tasting capibilities.

  • From Valencia in Spain, Bruno Murciano has almost always been involved in the hospitality industry. Named as Best Sommelier of Spain in 2008, he worked at some of the most respected places in the UK, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford, Lindsay House, and the Ritz London. Bruno owns a vineyard in his native Valencia with his brother Jose Luis, where they makes a range of artisanal Bobal Wines.

  • When one is born and raised in the middle of the vineyards of the Southern Rhône, you can hardly avoid the wine industry! Cedric became familiar with wine on his family estate near Gigondas, but it was during a stay in London when he decided to make his passion for wine his profession. He started first as Sommelier and then as Restaurant Manager – Wine Buyer. He now uses his experience of the hospitality industry to look after our customers.

  • Being British born and raised in a working class family, Fuchsia didn’t have the opportunity to experience the wonderful world of wine until her early 20s, so this culture has become something she is extremely passionate about changing, as she strongly believes that wine should be made accessible and welcoming to everyone; promoting diversity and inclusion is at the heart of everything she does. In addition to enjoying studying wine, Fuchsia is also a keen Triathlete, with goals set to soon become an Iron(wo)man.

  • First introduced to fine wine during a university year working in the Jurançon region of south-west France, Jo returned to London keen to turn his sweet wine dissertation into a full-time career. He holds the WSET Diploma and tries to improve his pruning skills as a regular volunteer at London’s Forty Hall Vineyard.
